This week's guest of the Leadership Workshop is Surgeon Dr. Anıl ÖZMUTLU

This week at the Leadership Workshop, Surgeon Anıl ÖZMUTLU met with young people. Surgeon Anıl ÖZMUTLU is a graduate of Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his General Surgery residency training at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital and his endoscopy training at Istanbul University's Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. After completing his compulsory service in Ergani, Diyarbakır, he held medical and administrative positions in numerous public and private hospitals, working for 23 years. He currently works as a General Surgery Specialist at the Özmutlu Clinic, which he founded in Gaziantep. He is fluent in English. He has contributed to the translation of the Zollinger Surgical Atlas, the Chassin Surgical Technique book, and General Surgery Tips, and has also written chapters in books. His areas of interest include Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery, Obesity Surgery, Metabolic Surgery, and Breast Surgery.
Özmutlu, who maintains a keen interest in the arts alongside his professional life, serves as president of the Gazişehir Music and Art Association, a strategic partner of the Innovative Sustainable Development Association. He serves as a chorister and soloist at the Burhan Kul Turkish Music Academy and on the Gaziantep Şehitkamil Municipality solfege team. He also plays the oud and clarinet as an amateur.
He is the producer and presenter of the programs "60 minutes of health with Anıl Özmutlu" and "Fikri Firari" on a private radio station once a week.
ÖZMUTLU, who based his speech on the main theme of leadership in the workshop, shared his experiences with young people by explaining the keys to success, the concept of time and using it, being a sought-after manager, knowledge or money, which is more powerful, doing what you love or loving what you do, leadership and motivation.
