The Innovative Sustainable Development Association (YESKAD) is a non-governmental organization registered by the Malatya Governorate's Provincial Civil Society Relations Directorate on September 14, 2023, under registry number 44-018-114, and aims to contribute to the development of young people and society. The association operates with the aim of disseminating the sustainable development approach, strengthening youth work, supporting lifelong learning, developing digital and cultural competencies, and increasing social inclusion and environmental awareness.

YESKAD operates with the belief that the potential of young people has the power to shape the future of both society and the world. Its core goal is to create spaces where young people can freely express their thoughts, develop their talents, feel safe, and create value. Activities in a wide range of areas, including culture, arts, digital skills, innovation, entrepreneurship, the environment, education, and social responsibility, contribute to the individual and social development of young people.

The association's work is led by a multifaceted team of academics, engineers, educators, youth workers, and experts from various disciplines. This structure allows the association to combine field experience with scientific and innovative approaches to produce high-impact projects. At the same time, through a participatory, transparent, and democratic management approach, young people are encouraged to actively participate in decision-making processes.

YESKAD prioritizes combating inequalities in society, empowering disadvantaged groups, and increasing equal opportunities. Support, awareness, and education activities are conducted for individuals with disabilities, women, youth, migrants, disaster victims, and communities experiencing social exclusion. These efforts aim to increase social solidarity and create a more equitable living environment.

The association operates with the understanding that young people can create value not only for their own cities or countries, but also for the global community. Its openness to international collaboration offers young people the opportunity to interact with individuals from different cultures, acquire global skills, and take an active role in international projects. Programs conducted within this framework contribute to the development of young people as individuals who communicate, work, and produce globally.

YESKAD believes that the energy and creativity of young people are a driving force in social transformation. With its social, cultural, environmental, and educational projects, the association aims to prepare young people for the future, support them in discovering their potential, and contribute to the development of a sustainable culture of living.

Acting with a vision that touches all segments of society, supports innovative thinking, is environmentally conscious, and encourages continuous learning, YESKAD is determinedly moving forward to become an organization that inspires young people both locally and internationally.
