Leadership Workshop Has Started…

A six-week Leadership Workshop has begun for volunteer young people who are going through a period of activities such as self-awareness, role-playing, and career studies.

The Leadership Workshop, led by association member and communication expert Educator Erkin Özmutlu, aims to help young people: Identify the strengths and weaknesses of their leadership styles, Reveal their core values and beliefs, Demonstrate exemplary behaviors consistent with shared values, Form insights into building the future, Inspire them about shared values, Reveal opportunities for change and development, Build teams that work collaboratively and with trust, and Unleash individuals' potential.
