A seminar on Post-Disaster Recovery Work was held.

A seminar on Post-Disaster Recovery Efforts at the Malatya MİAD Container City was presented by Ramazan Koç, a member of the YESKAD Board of Directors. Recovery refers to meeting the needs of those affected by disasters through the most rational means and methods, and efforts to return life to normal as quickly as possible. Following the devastating earthquake of February 6, 2023, container cities were established in 74 locations in Malatya, serving earthquake victims with over 28,000 containers.
Studies on temporary shelter management, shelter, nutrition, emergency response, security, psychosocial support, and health services were discussed. Information on the coordination of these efforts was provided. Sixteen people attended the seminar.
